The typical Jersey understanding is you fly into LAX and stop. What city is Contra Costa close to?

Andrew: That is so true!  Even I, who was a resident of the state of Washington for 22 years before moving to California, thought the entire state was just a big suburb of L.A.  So, my wonderful part of the world is located in Northern California.  Contra Costa county is located in the East Bay, so called because it is across the bay from San Francisco.  The largest city in Contra Costa is Walnut Creek (recently voted as one of the best "Foodie" - i.e. great restaurants - cities in the U.S.).
